Nordex Group (NRDXF.PK,NDX1.DE) Monday said that it has secured a new contract for the supply and installation of 11 N175/6.X wind turbines at the Jasikovo wind farm in eastern Serbia. Each turbine will be mounted on 119-metre tubular steel towers and configured to operate at a capacity of up to 7 MW, the company added.
The German wind turbine manufacturer said that the contract also includes a 30-year Premium Service contract, with an option to extend for an additional five years, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
Nordex Group said that all turbines will be equipped with the Nordex Anti-Icing System, designed to maintain high availability and consistent performance under the site's challenging climatic conditions.
Installation is scheduled to begin in April 2027, with initial power generation expected by July 2027. Once fully operational, the wind farm is projected to produce over 270 GWh of clean energy annually, the company said n an official statement.
On the Frankfurt Exchange, NDX1.F is currently trading at 43.30 euros, down 1.32 euros or 2.9 percent.
