Fasoo Inc. (150900.KQ) on Monday announced that its U.S. subsidiary has entered into an agreement in principle with a private AI software company, Konsilix, to combine their businesses and form a new company, Symbologic.
The transaction is expected to be finalised and closed by the end of April. The financial terms were not disclosed.
The proposed combination aims to address growing enterprise challenges related to data security, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of generative AI technologies.
Symbologic will combine Fasoo's data security capabilities with Konsilix's AI platform and consulting expertise to help organizations securely deploy and scale AI using internal data.
The company said the initiative is part of its broader strategy to support secure AI adoption while addressing gaps in internal expertise and governance frameworks.
