Sidetrade SA Says Mission Trail Capital Buys 5.39% Of Its Outstanding Share Capital

Sidetrade SA (ALBFR.PA) Tuesday said that Mission Trail Capital Management LLC has acquired 80,659 shares of the company, thus representing 5.39 percent of its outstanding share capital. This is the second major investment by a US-based firm in the company in recent months.

The France-based AI software company said that earlier, Briarwood Chase Management had increased its stake to over 10 percent of Sidetrade's capital.

Sidetrade reported fiscal 2025 revenue of 61.4 million euros, up 14 percent at constant currency. Subscription revenue touched 53.5 million euros, an increase of over 20 percent.

On the Paris Exchange, ALBFR.SA is up 3.1 percent on Tuesday's trading at 148.00 euros.
