MBB SE FY25 Earnings Rise; Guides FY26

MBB SE (MBB.DE), a German investment holding company, Tuesday said that its earnings rose in fiscal 2025, helped by the good performance at Friedrich Vorwerk and DTS. The company also lifted the annual base dividend and provided outlook for fiscal 2026.

The company posted earnings attributable to shareholders of MBB SE of 50.78 million euros or 9.51 euros per share in fiscal 2025, higher than 37.66 million euros or 6.93 euros per share last year.

Annual revenue rose to 1.17 billion euros from 1.07 billion euros a year ago. The company's adjusted EBITDA margin climbed to 18.6 percent from 14.0 percent in the prior year.

The company said that it plans to increase the base dividend to 1.21 euros per share for fiscal 2025. Looking ahead, MBB SE expects fiscal 2026 revenue between 1.1 billion euros and 1.2 billion euros. EBITDA margin was expected between 15 percent and 18 percent.

On the XETRA Exchange, MBB.DE is currently trading down 4.5 percent on Tuesday at 174.00 euros.
