BTS returned after a four-year break with their new album, ARIRANG, which sailed straight to the top of the Billboard 200 within a few days of its release. It marks the Korean boy group's seventh chart topper.
The album debuts with 641,000 equivalent album units earned in the latest tracking week, out of which, 532,000 are in pure album sales.
Named after a traditional Korean folk song, ARIRANG simultaneously ranks at No. 1 on the Top Streaming Albums chart.
The K-pop band's fifth full-length album, ARIRANG was released on March 20. It marks the first album released by the group in three years and nine months.
Across 14 tracks, the album shares the honest stories BTS has long wanted to tell ARMY, who have been waiting for their full-group comeback.
BTS have announced a major world tour for 2026-2027, which is set to kick off in Goyang, South Korea, on April 9.
ARIRANG is followed by Luke Combs' The Way I Am at No. 2, Morgan Wallen's I'm the Problem at No. 3, Harry Styles' Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. at No. 4 and Don Toliver's Octane at No. 5 on the chart dated April 4.
