AngioDynamics, Inc. (ANGO) reported a third quarter GAAP net loss of $8.1 million, or a loss per share of $0.19 compared to a loss of $4.4 million or $0.11 per share, last year. On a pro forma basis, net loss was $13.1 million or $0.31 per share, compared to a loss of $9.9 million or $0.24 per share. Excluding items, pro forma adjusted net loss was $3.0 million, or a loss per share of $0.07. This is compared to a pro forma adjusted net loss of $3.1 million, or a loss per share of $0.08, a year ago. Pro forma adjusted EBITDA was $1.8 million, compared to $1.3 million.
Net sales for the third quarter were $78.4 million, an increase of 8.9% compared to the prior-year quarter. Med Tech net sales were $37.3 million, a 19.0% increase from $31.3 million in the prior-year period.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted loss per share in a range of $0.30 - $0.23, revised from prior guidance of a loss of $0.33 - $0.23. Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to be in a range of $10.0 - $12.0 million, updated from pervious guidance of $8.0 - $10.0 million. Net sales are now expected in a range of $313.5 - $315.5 million, revised from prior guidance range of $312 - $314 million.
In pre-market trading on NasdaqGS, AngioDynamics shares are down 3.69 percent to $11.50.
