Lytix Biopharma AS (LYTIX.OL) on Tuesday announced that it has appointed Renée Christine Amundsen as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
In her new role, Amundsen is expected to lead the clinical stage immuno-oncology company's global operations, focusing on late-stage development and disciplined execution across key programs, including ruxotemitide and LTX-401.
The new COO said she aims to support continued clinical progress and position the company for future growth.
Amundsen brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences, with expertise in scaling operations and executing growth strategies. She previously held senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk and Merck KGaA.
CEO Øystein Rekdal added that the appointment supports the company's push to strengthen operations and progress its clinical pipeline.
On the Frankfurt stock exchange, Lytix Biopharma shares were gaining around 6.2%.
