Latecoere SA (LAT.PA), a Tier 1 supplier to major aircraft manufacturers, on Tuesday reported a reduced loss for fiscal year 2025, supported by a rise in revenue.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2026, the company expects overall growth in EBITDA, and volume growth across most major programs. Inflationary pressures and challenges arising from operating within a constrained aerospace supply chain is expected to continue in the new year.

Net loss for the fiscal year 2025 narrowed to 32.14 million euros from loss of 60.55 million euros a year ago.

Operating income came in at 1.80 million euros, compared to an operating loss of 41.03 million euros in the previous year.

Recurring EBITDA for 2025 was 39.4 million euros, a 53 percent improvement compared to the 25.7 million euros last year, mainly driven by the continued operating leverage from increased volumes.

Recurring EBITDA margin grew to 5.2 percent from 3.6 percent last year.

Revenues amounted to 756.71 million euros, up 7.2 percent compared to 705.82 million euros last year.

Underlying revenue growth was 9.7 percent, driven by higher production rates from OEMs, additional revenue from new business wins and the conclusion of commercial initiatives to offset inflation.

On the Paris Stock Exchange, shares of Latecoere were trading 20.2 percent lower at 0.0166 euro.
