ChipMOS Technologies Inc. (IMOS) on Friday reported strong revenue growth for March and the first quarter.
The company said it is benefiting from a persistent AI-related demand and supply imbalance, with particularly strong demand for high-value memory solutions used in data centers and AI, which is also enhancing its longer-term business visibility.
For the month of March, revenue increased to $78.1 million from $63.4 million a year earlier, up 23.1%, and climbed 16.7% from $66.9 million in February 2026.
Revenue for the first quarter rose to $216.4 million from $172.6 million in the same period last year, marking an increase of 25.4%.
