Ella Langley has released her highly anticipated sophomore album, Dandelion, via SAWGOD/Columbia Records.

Executive produced by Ella alongside Miranda Lambert and Ben West, Dandelion represents her most deeply personal body of work to date. The album title is a statement of identity and independence, reframing the often-overlooked flower into a symbol of resilience and freedom.

"'Dandelion' is a natural next phase after 'hungover'," says Ella. "'hungover' is what brought people to the table, and 'Dandelion' is what makes them sit down and eat. This album explains who I am as an artist and as a person. It reflects on what made me this way while giving a glimpse of what's next. It's my favorite project I've ever done, it's the most 'me' I've ever put out."

That sense of self is evident from the very first note. The album opens with a "Froggy Went A Courtin'" intro, one of the first songs Ella learned to sing alongside her grandfather at his piano. From there, she moves effortlessly between stripped-back reflection and full-band release, pairing unfiltered storytelling with infectious, sing-along melodies.

Album highlight "Bottom Of Your Boots" offers one of the album's most personal moments and was previewed on This Past Weekend w/ Theo Von.

"The title for this song actually came from my dad," Ella shares. "One night I was having a hard moment and my dad looked at me and said, 'Baby, you're fine. I love you from the bottom of my boots to the top of my hat.'"

The album's sole feature, "Butterfly Season" with Lambert, captures a moment of transformation and details a turning point centered on growth, change, and stepping into something new.

In support of the new project, Ella will soon hit the road to play her first headline arena run, "The Dandelion Tour," kicking off May 7 in Toledo, OH.
