Tonies SE FY25 EBITDA, Revenue Climb; Sees Higher Margin, Revenue In FY26

tonies SE (TNIE.DE), an interactive audio platform for children, on Tuesday reported higher EBITDA, a key earnings metric, in fiscal 2025 with growth in revenues, supported by the launch of Toniebox 2 and Tonieplay. Further, the company forecasts higher adjusted EBITDA margin and revenue in fiscal 2026.

On the XETRA, shares of tonies SE were trading 2.17 percent higher, at 10.40 euros.

For the fiscal 2025, EBITDA was 48.3 million euros, higher than 33.5 million euros last year.

Adjusted EBITDA grew to 54.1 million euros from 36.1 million euros a year ago.

Adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 1.1 percentage points year on year to 8.6 percent, driven by efficiency gains and a beneficial product mix shift, despite significant headwinds from US tariffs.

Annual revenues increased 31.2 percent to 630.3 million euros from 480.5 million euros a year earlier.

Revenue from Tonieboxes rose 18 percent year-over-year to 161.2 million euros, positively impacted by the successful launch of Toniebox 2 and related phasing effects.

Tonies figurines revenues climbed 37.4 percent from last year to 447.2 million euros.

In the fourth quarter, revenues rose 31.2 percent to 312.7 million euros from 238.3 million euros last year, supported by the launch of Toniebox 2 and Tonieplay.

Looking ahead to the fiscal 2026, the company sees group revenue of more than 760 million euros, which is more than 20 percent in constant currency. North America revenue growth is expected to be above 30 percent in constant currency.

Further, the company expects adjusted EBITDA margin to range between 9 percent to 11 percent.
