Morgan Stanley Stock Rises 4% On Strong Q1 Earnings Beat

Morgan Stanley reported net income of $5.41 billion, or $3.43 per share, up from $4.16 billion, or $2.60 per share, a year earlier. Revenue increased 16 percent to $20.58 billion, supported by strong performance in Institutional Securities and Wealth Management. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share. The 52-week range for the stock is $104.78 to $194.59.
