Botanix Pharmaceuticals Ltd (BXPHF.OB,BOT.AX), a dermatology company, Monday announced the promotion of Paul Seaback to Chief Operating Officer or COO.
In his new role, Seaback will oversee day-to-day operations, drive key strategic initiatives, and focus on optimising operational performance. He will also work to enhance cross-functional collaboration and implement scalable processes to support the company's long-term growth strategy, Botanix Pharmaceuticals said in an official statement.
The company said that Seaback joined Botanix in November 2024 as Chief Technical Officer, where he led functions including CMC and supply, quality, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, and technical services.
On the ASX, BOT.AX ended Friday's trading at A$0.0260, down 3.70 percent.
