RPM Freight Systems LLC., an automotive logistics company, on Monday announced the appointment of Joe Bojaj as Chief Financial Officer.
Bojaj will report to John Perkovich, President of RPM North America, and the company's Board of Directors.
Bojaj joins the company with experience in financial leadership, capital allocation, financial planning and analysis, and corporate development.
The appointment follows RPM's acquisitions of PARS and Dealers Choice Auto Transport, which expanded the company's automotive logistics capabilities.
