Young the Giant have scored their first No. 1 on Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart with "Different Kind of Love."
The song climbed three spots to top the chart dated May 23, giving the band its first chart-topper after more than 15 years of appearances on the ranking.
Formed in California in 2004, the American rock band first reached Alternative Airplay in 2011 with their breakout single, "My Body," which peaked at No. 5 that April, becoming the group's first of six top 10s to date.
"Different Kind of Love" is the lead single from Victory Garden, Young the Giant's sixth studio album, released May 1 on the band's own label, Jungle Youth Music. The set has earned 11,000 equivalent album units.
