The U.S. dollar climbed against the euro and the yen in the New York session on Friday.
The greenback climbed to 1.1588 against the euro and 159.23 against the yen, from its early lows of 1.1620 and 158.92, respectively.
The currency is seen finding resistance around 1.15 against the euro and 161.00 against the yen.
