Asian stock markets are trading mostly higher on Friday, following the broadly positive cues from Wall Street overnight, as traders remain cautiously optimistic on hopes for an end to the Middle East war amid reports the U.S. and Iran reached a tentative 60-day ceasefire extension deal and agreed to resume negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program. Asian markets ended mostly lower on Thursday.
However, the US President Donald Trump has not yet given final approval for the deal, with a U.S. official saying he wants a couple of days to think about the deal.
