On Friday, Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. (VTURA.OL), a provider for offshore drilling services, reported higher profit in the first quarter of 2026, which was attributable to higher management fees income, despite lower revenue, in addition to the lower expenses.

The total net income for the first quarter rose to $25.78 million, from $22.49 million in the same quarter of 2025. The earnings per share for the first quarter was $0.24, compared to $0.21 in 2025.

The operating income went up to $33.08 million, from $31.27 million the previous year.

The total revenue, on the other hand, went down to $91.13 million, from $95.97 million. This decrease in revenue was attributable to lower reimbursement revenues.

On Friday, the shares were currently trading 1.23 percent lower at 32.20 Norwegian Kroner on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
