Jennifer Lopez's "On the Floor," featuring Pitbull, has returned to the Billboard charts.
The song returns at No. 117 on the Billboard Global 200 chart and No. 80 on the Billboard Global Exclusive U.S. chart.
"On the Floor" is experiencing a resurgence thanks to a now-viral scene from "Off Campus," in which the character Allie, played by Mika Abdalla, recreates Lopez's iconic Versace dress while dancing to the song during a Halloween episode. The scene also features Dean, played by Stephen Kalyn, dressed as Maverick from Top Gun.
"On the Floor" opens at No. 117 on the Billboard Global 200 chart, totaling 15.1 million streams worldwide during the May 15-21 tracking week, according to Luminate.
The streaming surge gives Lopez her second entry on the chart, following "Pa' Ti" with Maluma in 2020 (No. 106 high). For Pitbull, "On the Floor" marks his third chart visit, his highest being the No. 106-peaking "Give Me Everything," featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer (2025).
"On the Floor" is a song from Lopez's seventh studio album, Love? (2011). It was released by Island Records on February 8, 2011, as the lead single from the album. The song sold over 13 million copies worldwide in 2011, making it the best-selling single of that year by a female artist.
