Parabilis Medicines Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, under the ticker symbol "PBLS", today, June 10, 2026.

The company has priced its IPO of 33.50 million shares of its common stock for $20.00 per share. The offering, which is scheduled to close on or about June 11, 2026, is expected to rake in gross proceeds of about $670 million.
