Wednesday, TouchStone Software Corp. (TSSW.OB) said that its stockholders have approved a definitive deal to be acquired by Phoenix Technologies Ltd (PTEC). The parties currently expect the transaction to be effective on July 1, 2008.
Based on results announced at today's special meeting of stockholders, more than 68% of Touchstone's outstanding shares on May 15, 2008, the record date for the special meeting, were voted in favor of approval of the definitive agreement.
