"Fanmail" included the title track and "Unpretty," which also reached the top of the charts.TLC had scored two previous number ones before "No Scrubs." Their hit singles "Creep" and "Waterfalls" had become chart toppers in the mid-1990s."No Scrubs" took over the top spot from Cher's "Believe" and held on for four weeks. It was eventually knocked off by "Livin' la Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin.
