The Rolling Stones released their album "Some Girls" on June 9, 1978.Featuring the classic "Beast Of Burden" and a cover of the Temptations' "Just My Imagination (Running Away with Me)," the album would reach number one in the U.S. It was part of a streak of eight consecutive Stones albums to reach the top of the charts, starting with 1971's "Sticky Fingers" and ending after 1981's "Tattoo You." At one point, guitarist Keith Richards was asked how the album got the name "Some Girls," to which he replied, "Because we couldn't remember their f**king names."
