Francisco D’Souza is the CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. since 2007 and was also part of the team that co-founded the Nasdaq-listed company in 1994. D’Souza, aged 47 years, was one of the youngest CEOs in the software services sector when he assumed the helm.
