Earl “Duke” Austin, Jr., was named CEO of Quanta Services Inc., a provider of specialized contracting services to electric power and gas industries, in March 2016. The 46-year-old has more than two decades of industry experience and represents the fourth generation within his family to work in the electric infrastructure business.
