Mobile Streams 2010 Revenues Rise; Names Gabriel Margent CFO - Quick Facts

Mobile Streams plc (MOS.L) announced the appointment of Gabriel Margent as Group Chief Financial Officer to the board of the Company with immediate effect. The company also named Tim Maunder Non-Executive Director effective immediately.

Maunder replaces Peter Tomlinson as Audit Committee Chairman, with Peter in turn replacing Roger Parry as Remuneration Committee Chairman.

Following the successful relocation of the Group Finance and Corporate functions to New York and hand over to Gabriel, Ian Brewer steps down from the Board with immediate effect.

Separately, Mobile Streams said in a trading update for 2010 calendar year that revenues grew by 40% to around £10 million, including £0.5 million from the sale of ringtones.com from last year. Mobile Internet revenues grew by more than 400% year over year.

Commenting, Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said,

"Mobile Streams delivered record financial performance in all of the key revenue and profit measures during the 2010 calendar year, whilst at the same time investing about £1 million in developing the new Appitalism social apps and digital content platform and service."
