Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (SWTUY.PK) or Sobi, a pharmaceutical company, on Friday said that its chairman Bo Jesper Hansen has resigned due to health reasons, effective immediately.
Hansen became the chairman of the board from May 2023. He will be succeeded by Annette Clancy with immediate effect.
She has been a board member since 2014.
On Thursday, Sobi shares closed at SEK 269, down 1.10% in Stockholm.
