The company's earnings totaled $66.8 million, or $0.98 per share. This compares with $78.9 million, or $1.51 per share, in last year's second quarter.
Excluding items, Concentrix Corporation reported adjusted earnings of $183.1 million or $2.69 per share for the period.
Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $2.62 per share, according to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company's revenue for the quarter rose 47.8% to $2.38 billion from $1.61 billion last year.
