RWS Holdings Plc (RWS.L), a provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announced Tuesday that Ian El-Mokadem intends to step down as Chief Executive Officer and Director and leave the firm on January 31, 2025.
The company said its Board is well advanced with the search for a successor, and expects to issue a further update about its new CEO in the coming weeks.
Earlier in May, RWS had stated that El-Mokadem had informed the Board of his intention to step down from the roles in early 2025.
Ian El-Mokadem then said, "I am proud of what we have achieved over the past few years. Having achieved a great deal, this is an appropriate time to make this announcement so that an orderly succession process can take place."
