IONOS Q1 Revenue Up 19.7%; Raises Annual Adj. EBITDA Outlook

IONOS Group SE (IOS.F), an internet service provider, Monday reported revenue of 446.3 million euros for the first quarter, 19.7% higher than 373 million euros in the same quarter a year ago.

Adjusted EBITDA, or adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization rose 23.8% year-on-year to 131 million euros.

The company's customer base increased by nearly 80,000 to 6.40 million customers in the quarter.

For the full year, IONOS has raised its outlook citing better-than-expected business development in the AdTech segment in the first quarter. The company now expects adjusted EBITDA for the year to grow about 15% to 520 million euros, up from the previous outlook of 510 million euros.
