Eutelsat Communications S.A. (E3B.DE), a satellite communication and broadcast service provider, on Wednesday said its Chief Financial Officer Christophe Caudrelier decided to quit. Sébastien Rouge will take over as the new finance chief, effective ebruary 26th,2026, the company said in a statement.
Sébastien has over three decades of international financial leadership experience across a range of industrial and technology-driven sectors.
In addition, Sébastien joins Eutelsat from Imerys, where he served as CFO, playing a crucial role in strengthening the Group's financial performance and digital transformation.
The stock was trading 2.70% lower at 3.225 euros on the XETRA.
