ME Group International plc (MEGP.L), a provider of instant-service equipment, said on Monday that Vladimir Crasneanscki has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.
Crasneanscki joined the company in April 2022 as Head of Customer Development and later served as Head of Commercial Operations before being appointed Managing Director UK in January 2024. He also continues to hold the role of Head of Investor Relations.
He was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in June 2025.
