Danone (BN.PA,DANOY,GPDNF), a French food-products company, said on Monday that it has inked a deal to acquire Huel Ltd., a British food company.
The acquisition will boost Danone's presence in functional nutrition and extend its portfolio into the fast-growing complete nutrition space.
The transaction is subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
