Wereldhave NV (WRDEF.PK,WHA.AS) Monday said that Marcel Eggenkamp will step down as the designated Chief Financial Officer or CFO. The company said that after an initial period following his appointment earlier this year, both parties concluded that the role and mutual expectations were not sufficiently aligned for the longer term, and have therefore mutually agreed to end the appointment in an orderly manner.
The Dutch real estate investment company said that Eggenkamp will continue to support the company during the transition period, ensuring a proper handover of his responsibilities in the coming months.
Wereldhave said that it has commenced the process of appointing a successor and will provide further updates in due course. In the meantime, CFO responsibilities will be assumed by Remco Langewouters, who has served as Group Controller at Wereldhave since 2018.
On the Amsterdam Exchange. WHA.AS is currently trading at 21.55 euros on Monday, down 0.23 percent.
