Avanti Communications Group Plc (AVN.L) said Wednesday that it signed a contract to provide broadband services to SATdsl, a provider of satellite communication solutions in Central & Eastern Europe. The initial contract value is £100,000 over three years.
SATdsl is Avanti's first customer in the Czech Republic. At the outset bandwidth will be provided on Avanti's leased satellite capacity, then migrated to HYLAS when it launches in 2009.
In addition, Avanti stated that results for the financial year ended June 30, would be published in September. The company expects full year results to in line with market expectations.
