Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd.(023530.KS), a South Korean operator of various types of retail stores, reported a surge in net income for the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
For the three-month period, the company posted a net profit of KRW 128.215 billion, higher than the KRW 16.192 billion in the same period last year. Operating profit was KRW 252.882 billion, compared with KRW 148.236 billion a year ago. Sales stood at KRW 3.581 trillion as against the prior year's KRW 3.456 trillion.
