This 200-meter (660 feet) skyscraper with 65 floors has been under construction since July 2009. The architect for this skyscraper is Pedro Mateo. The expected completion date for this project is in 2018, when it will officially be the 4th tallest building in South America. Once finished, it will serve as a multi-use skyscraper: apart from office space, it will have the first private movie theater in Venezuela. Additionally, it will house a 300-room 5-star hotel, a shopping mall, a comprehensive medicine and aesthetics clinic, and space for parking 2,100 cars. The top 35 floors of the building are to be occupied by offices. The hotel will be located below the 22nd floor, which is to have a glass-bottomed pool. The parking space will be spread over four levels.
